Are you a current or previous Deck Officer of Merchant or Royal Australian Navy (RAN) or commercial background with experience in the design and development of innovative maritime training courses?

Maritime qualifications (or equivalent experience) held at a Watch Keeper Deck level or higher are a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop maritime training courses at various levels from General Purpose Hand through to Master up to 35m. This encompasses the writing of training materials including learning resources and assessments, and the review of existing training courses to incorporate innovative training methods.
