About Us
Ellenbrook School of Early Learning Early Learning is a family-owned and operated early learning service in Ellenbrook, catering for children between the ages of 0-5. We are seeking Diploma or Certificate 3 educators with enough experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to bring excitement and joy to our early learning service. We are offering a part-time role with the potential of up to 37.5 hours per week. We are flexible with working arrangements, working hours are between 6.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
What does the role look like?
- Creating innovative educational programs that are reflective of the children and surrounding community of our service.
- Collaborating with fellow educators to further extend children's learning and development.
- Provide high-quality care and education to children.
- Build relationships with children and families within the service.
- Using continuous critical reflection to further own learning and development and children within the service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry changes and information

The successful applicant will possess the following;
- An Early Childhood Education Bachelors degree or Diploma in Children's services
- A current Working With Children Check
- Current First-Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A positive attitude
- A true love and passion for working with children
- Reliable and dedicated
- Have a sound understanding of play based learning and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Be hardworking and use initiative
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with families
- Be a genuine team player
- Can use team collaboration and personal refection in a positive constructive manner
Part-time hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
