TAFE Sessional Teachers – Community Services, Youth Work, Mental Health & Alcohol and Other Drugs

Victoria University Polytechnic is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified sessional teachers to deliver various units across:
- Mental Health Peer Support
- Advanced Diploma Community Sector Management
- Community Services
- Community Development
- Youth Work
- Alcohol and Other Drugs
- Mental Health
Applicants must hold a relevant vocational qualification at the level of the courses or above and have teaching experience either in a TAFE or an RTO. Courses are delivered from our Werribee, Sunshine and Footscray Nicholson Campus. Your work will involve teaching and assessing and maintaining accurate records.
In addition to a qualification in the relevant Community Service Industry – Applicants are required to have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with unit TAEASS502 - Design and Develop Assessment Tools
- Working with children check
- An understanding of the TAFE system is desirable but not essential.
- A reasonable level of proficiency with technology
