Program manager for this RTO overseeing Certificate IV in leadership and management. Sydney CBD.

Your new company
Located in Sydney's CBD this RTO is well supported by its interstate head office. The Sydney branch is responsible primarily for delivering a certificate IV in Leadership and Management with a 12 week practical work place component to university graduates in their first year of industry employment. There is also excellent opportunity for growth in the Sydney branch to match broader offerings interstate.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the program in all aspects, including delivery, administration, compliance and student success.
• Ensuring the program is delivered according to contract requirements and ASQA requirements.
• Ensuring student workplace placements run smoothly and effective lines of communication are maintained
• Managing the student cohorts in terms of academic performance, attendance, and assessment.
• Supporting your trainers in successfully meeting the requirements of students and the program.
• Ensuring a strong relationship with all stakeholders including reporting to partners, working with student agents and senior management.

This is a full time position to commence as soon as possible, based in the institutes Sydney CBD branch.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed with this position you will:

• Have a strong knowledge of RTO programs
• Proven experience working with IT Education Management systems (Experience with VETTrak and Moodle highly attractive)
• Have proven experience working with qualified programs that include work placements and industry partnership contracts.
• Work with trainers to ensure quality programs are delivered to students.
• An understanding of engagement with student recruitment agencies and an ability to maintain relationships
• Be able to work collaboratively with your support functions both locally and interstate including a compliance team in Melbourne, company directors, student
• Work with a hands on senior leadership team
