ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re currently in a growth phase and are seeking an RTO Enrolments Officer to compliment our growing team and work alongside our Student Services Coordinator. Our organisation aims to offer a wide range of students the highest quality education and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring student records are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Legislative compliance and reporting requirements are met every time
  • Providing administration and support to trainers and students as needed
  • Respond to inbound student enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Enroll students into chosen course of study
  • Work with the Student Services Coordinator to schedule practical placement for students
  • Conduct Pre-Course Meeting as required

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven background in processing enrolments is preferred
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months old (or provide a receipt at interview stage)
