We are very excited to welcome a lead educator to join us in opening our new room in the under 2's in Nunawading! Be part of a brand new centre. We recently opened Nunawading this year so we are so excited that families are joining us and our centre is becoming a wonderful busy environment.

A bit about us:

Explorers Early Learning is proud to not only be Australia owned, but locally operated by a Melbourne family.

We are all extremely passionate about providing quality care and practising the Explorers philosophy. We value our teams and focus on supporting our educators in their own careers to grow and develop as early years practitioners.

Our Nunawading Centre:

• Indoor and Outdoor Piazza spaces 
• There are some amazing existing trees in the outdoor playgrounds that will be kept in our landscaping
• Extremely close to the Eastern Freeway
• Car parking for drop off and pick up
• Kindergarten as per our other centres

Role and Responsibilities:

We would like to welcome a lead educator to join us. We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with children, has strong knowledge of the early years and someone that enjoys working in teams as well as mentoring and supporting their educators in the room and across the centre. 

• Manage the room in the under 2's.
• Lead the planning and be a first port of call for your team
• Delegating tasks to ensure all the educators are having the opportunity to grow in their profession
• Support and mentor your team
• Demonstrate good relationships by working together
• At Explorers we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and so an understanding of this practice will be highly regarded.
