Learning & Development Consultant - Supply Chain

Working from either Moorabbin, VIC or Richlands, QLD and reporting directly to the National Manager L&D Sales and Supply chain, the Learning & Development Consultant is responsible for supporting frontline Supply Chain Technical learning across either Victoria or Queensland states. In this role you will deliver learning aligned to stakeholder needs.

You will have a continuous improvement mindset, finding ways to improve the learning experience of our Supply Chain Operations Teams. You will enjoy leading and participating in redesigning and reviewing technical training deliverables, managing the training learning process, and assist with building a learning culture across the frontline. You will work closely with your state-based stakeholders and manage learning resources; whilst applying the 70:20:10 principle.

About you

* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

* Proven experience with managing stakeholders.

* Experienced in training and assessment.

* An appropriate level of work experience including planning, developing and delivering learning programs, assessing reinforcement of learning and translation into practice.

  • Confident with navigating through an LMS.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with a Supply Chain.

Key deliverables

* Working with your stakeholders to manage the technical training process in your state

* Assist with training document review and redesign

* Work with frontline teams to uphold the Training and Assessment Process (through Audit and Governance)

* Evaluation of all Supply Chain learning against the Kirkpatrick evaluation model

* Assisting with delivery of key National Learning solutions and deliverables

* Management of state based Frontline operation career path

* Key user of Amatil's Learning Management System (LMS)

* Record and report on all delivered Learning


* Certificate IV - Workplace Assessment & Training or equivalent experience
