Student Management Officer
- Commencement Salary $57,792 plus Super
- Full Time and Ongoing Position
- Melbourne CBD Location
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and committed individual to join the Foods Trades and Culinary Arts team as a Student Management Officer at William Angliss Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Centre for Foods Trades and Culinary Arts to ensure effective, consistent and reliable systems are in place to administer the lifecycle of the students
- Ensure accurate student and course enrolment information is recorded through the use of the Institute’s Student Management System – SMS
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
- Experience in an administration role and a relevant qualification preferably in administration.
- Experience in a customer service environment, a strong commitment to client service principles and the ability to be responsive to client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and close attention to detail
- Proficiency using Microsoft and various database packages
