Goodstart Early Learning is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join the team at our Goodstart Beaudesert – Brisbane Street centre, based in Brisbane, QLD.

About the Role

Based in the Pre-kindergarten (3 to 4 years) room, this position would be ideal for an entry level Teacher who wishes to kickstart their Teaching career and be mentored by an experienced Teacher within the Goodstart Beaudesert – Brisbane Street Centre.

Our centre – Goodstart at Beaudesert Brisbane Street

 is located in the quieter part of town just past the local swimming pool. At our childcare centre, we actively embrace the relaxed and slower paced lifestyle of the rural community in which we are situated.
 
Our centre works closely with the community and has several well-established partnerships. Children in the over two years age groups are able to enrol in swimming lessons on a weekly basis during February, March, October, November and December.
Goodstart Beaudesert Brisbane Street prides itself on helping children in our care grow and flourish, through providing play based educational programs within a nurturing, stimulating environment.

Your role/requirements

• Full time position
• Pre-kindergarten room
• Studying towards or hold Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification deeming you as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) or ‘actively working towards’
• Hold a current Blue Card or alternatively an Exemption Card with QLD Teachers Registration
• Hold a current First Aid qualification
