Our client in the public sector is currently looking for an experienced Assessment Specialist to partner with them in this varied position. Partnering closely with subject matter experts and the broader project team, you will be responsible for developing and l delivering blended learning solutions working strongly with private client groups.

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Diploma of Design and Development
Working closely with the clients to understand specific requirements, you will play an integral part in designing and developing training and assessment materials. This includes VET sector training and assessment requirements.
Key deliverables include:
- You will design and development of training and assessment materials.
- Good knowledge of Australian Qualification Framework guidelines (AQF)
- Provision of/and support in the maintenance of training and assessment records and material.
- Development of training and assessment reports and matrices
- Coordinate training requirements and maintain compliant records
- Instructional design tasks supporting organizational change and communication requirements desirable.
The successful candidate will bring with them a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You have worked in a Training and Development position before, and you have experience with instructional design tasks. You will have outstanding communication skills to foster relationships with the broader business to understand their training requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
