My client a state of the art kinder that is integrated into an early learning center that Randstad Education are privileged to be working with are seeking a new Kindergarten Teacher to join a truly remarkable and passionate team in the point cook area, 

This role really needs someone who can motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindergarten room, an individual who is able to encourage and develop child led experiences, build positive relationships within the community and local school and continually strive to exceed quality standards.

The successful candidate for this position will be able to say they work for a high quality ELC with integrated kindergarten with links to reputable schools within the area .

The Teacher will have the opportunity to gain paid professional development, additional annual leave, excellent salary package and extended program planning.

The Kinder program caters for 18 children per day, with a dedicated educator to support. A set shift is offered for the teacher to implement the program in those key hours. This service has a play based philosophy, inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophy. 

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent 
• Relevant VIT card 
• Current First Aid or willing to obtain
• CPR , Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates 
• a genuine enthusiasm, passion and dedication to fostering lifelong learners
