Key quality role in Family and Children's Services - at Knox Council

The Team Leader Policy, Learning and Quality leads and coordinates the Quality Management System for the Family and Children’s Services Department. This includes policies, procedures and standard work practices used for the delivery of Council’s early childhood education and care, playgroups and Maternal and Child Health services; data collection and reporting.

This role also oversees the strategic professional development for the department, including the Annual Family and Children's Services Conference, and the Communities of Practice Program that is designed to drive high quality integrated service delivery. In addition to this, this role holds a key organisational and relationship focus for Council’s Early Years Advisory Committee.
