Centre Director - Goodstart Double Bay

Your Impact :

As the Centre Director at Goodstart Double Bay, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team . 

Goodstart Double Bay has two Co-Directorships, plus a full-time Educational Leader . We are located close to Double Bay and Bondi Junction shopping precints. 

You’ll help achieve this by: 

• Having strong management skills with a clear understanding of what is required as a Centre Director;
• Having previous Centre Director experience (highly desireable);
• Having experience with staff retention;
• Inspiring and mentoring educators to create a great team environment;
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment;
• Delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice;
• Building fantastic relationships with families through daily contact, in person and using specialist social media tools;
• Working closely with your Administration Officer to build attendance through community networks and national attraction programs.

What Goodstart can offer you:

• Salary range - $80,000 to $110,000
• Full time, Mon-Fri 40 hrs +RDO
