Position Vacant: Trainer & Assessor- FNS40815 - Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Online Delivery)

AIMS Institute of Training and Technology is a budding organisation in the process of attaining our registration as an accredited training provider with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

We have a contractor role for suitably qualified Trainer/Assessor interested in joining our motivated and enthusiastic team to deliver the FNS40815 - Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking training program.

Initially, the Trainer/Assessor will be held on a retainer as we move through the RTO application process which can take up to 6 months.

Key Selection Criteria: Successful candidates must

A. hold a qualification in FNS40815 - Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or higher.

B. hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the following units • either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A and • either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B

C. have a minimum of two years of current professional experience in the Finance and Mortgage Broking sector

D. have excellent communication and presentation skills
