The Role

The Skills Teams Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the regional delivery/operational plans set by the Education Training Group (ETG). This includes course level planning, resource utilisation, efficiency and productivity monitoring to ensure the Region's training delivery is effective and efficient

Reporting to the Manager Delivery Implementation, this position:

  • Implements and monitors strategies and operational plans as developed by the Education Training Group (ETG)
  • Analyses Skills Teams deliverables and construct responsive operational plans to support optimal course delivery
  • Monitors the implementation, delivery and evaluation of educational and training programs
  • Contributes to the review and development of processes for the ongoing allocation, monitoring and reporting of resources
  • Liaises and negotiates with the key stakeholders on relevant educational practices and training options to support consultation and the identification of optimised regional training delivery needs

If you have…

  • Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting the implementation of complex programs in private or public sector education and training organisations
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate data, extrapolate trends and translate them into meaningful process and business improvements.

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in Leadership roles in a dynamic and complex VET environment, specifically providing advice, assistance and support to educational leadership teams
  • Analytical skills to identify performance of an educational course product
  • Knowledge of accredited courses and their unique requirements

Where relevant refer to the tools and technology that you used to undertake the transition.
