Our CTC Fun Fitness Swim School provides personalised swimming classes to infants, toddlers, young children and adults.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Swim School Instructor to join our team on a regular basis, who can teach and develop student’s continuous growth.

The role will also require the following:

• Ensure program delivery consistency of the swim school program
• Have a thorough understanding of water safety
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and customers
• Demonstrated experience in teaching

About You

Essential requirements to be successful in this role:

• AustSWIM Teacher of Swimming and water Safety or Swim Australia Teacher Qualifications
• WWC Check
• CPR HLTAID001 – or willing to obtain
• Provide basic emergency life support HLTAID002 – or willing to obtain
• First Aid HLTAID003 – or willing to obtain
• National Police Check – willing to obtain
• Communicates well
• Is conscientious about developing and advancing swimming skills in all pupils

There is also the opportunity to combine this role with the OOSH service as an OOSH educator where you will play a fundamental role as part of our OOSH program, if this is of interest.
