We are currently recruiting for the following role for our highly reputable K-12 school located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This independent, co-educational, non-denominational school is one of the highest ranked schools in Sydney. With heavy emphasis on Academic achievement and participation in Performing Arts the school has a creative program that has produced outstanding results.
About the Role:
- English Teacher - Middle School (Year 5 and 6)
- Full-time, Permanent position
- Commencement in 4 weeks’ time or end of Term 1 2021
- Teaching high achieving Stage 3 students
Selection Criteria:
- Experience or capacity to teach at Year 7-10 levels
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Secondary English recognised in Australia
- Provide a minimum of three professional references
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years teaching experience, preferably within NSW
- Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with NESA and WWCC
- Possess rights to work in Australia on a permanent contract
