This is a newly created hybrid role with a mix of leading Education Casual professionals and sourcing/maintaining education talents.

Reporting to the GM CA Program, the Facilitation and Assessment Workforce Manager is responsible for developing key relationships with CA’s to build a strong talent pool for use across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass (CASM). Being forward looking and supportive of program wide change, collaborating closely with other Education team members to achieve the Education Strategy.

The Opportunity

Lead Casual professionals

  • Identifying, engaging and managing casual professionals who contribute to the educational programs as content authors, reviewers, facilitators and assessment markers
  • Training and development of casual professionals
  • Developing and updating facilitation and marking training materials in collaboration with academic and delivery teams
  • Creating an on-going and engaging relationship with casual staff to better understand their strengths, goals and needs and to better place them into the various CA Program & CASM roles
  • Working collaboratively with People & Culture and CA ANZ Employment policies and processes

Talent Sourcing

  • Developing innovative ways to source and attract talent through existing and new channels 
  • Reviewing and vetting prospective talent and shortlisting resumes for use throughout Education & Learning
  • Screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, as and when required
  • Completing Employment Reference Checks, as required
  • Maintaining and growing a database of casual employee records, including performance, development and growth across both active and passive candidates
  • Ensuring timely follow up on all recruitment and administrative need's/activity 

Great To have

  • 4 years + Experience in leading people
  • Experience in recruitment and/or training and development
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and educate key stakeholders
  • Technology savvy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of casual contracts & Post-Secondary Education Award 2010 - Desired
  • Management experience of a casual workforce – desired
