Montessori Beginnings is looking to add to the team at our Thomastown Centre for 2021.

About the role

At Montessori Beginnings our philosophy offers a holistic approach to the child, their environment and their learning. Our curriculum is based on the Montessori philosophy, the Early Years Learning Framework & the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework.

We are currently recruiting for:

• Montessori Qualified Educators
• Diploma Qualified Educators

We pride ourselves on our high quality program and supportive environment for staff, families and children.

Therefore our Educators must have the following:

• Be passionate about working in the Early Childhood sector
• Caring, supportive and flexible approach to children and the program
• Open to new ideas including the Montessori philosophy
• Have a sense of humour and enjoyment of their work
• Proactive in contributing to all aspects of the Centre
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven willingness to learn and improve
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
• Relevant qualifications recognised by ACECQA
• Current relevant first aid qualifications
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
