About the role

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre
• Lead, motivate and support the team
• Maintaining a high quality and performing centre
• A drive for continuous increase in occupancy and maintaining a strong reputation across the community
• Full time position

What we are looking for

• A passionate, and driven leader
• Trustworthy and dedicated 
• A current area manager looking to grow with a dynamic organisation or;
• Previous experience as a strong centre manager for 1 year minimum
• Diploma Qualified or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (highly preferred)
• Immediate start
