As a level A lecturer, you'll help create counsellors who stand with their clients, supporting them deal with their world to their satisfaction.

• You'll mix and collaborate with other ACAP experts in social work, psychology, criminology, coaching.

Qualifications and experience:

• A qualification from an appropriate cognate discipline at least one AQF Level above that of the Course you'll be delivering; OR
• BOTH a qualification from an appropriate cognate discipline and professional experience that when combined is (in our opinion) the same as at least one AQF Level above the Course you'll be delivering.
• Experience working in a Tertiary Education Institution or Registered Training Organisation.

Expertise and abilities:

• The ability to ignite and inspire our students in the classroom on campus and online
• Excellent scholarly expertise and/or industry expertise
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• A communications connector who can build and sustain mutually respectful relationships throughout
  the college
