Patch Creative is looking for a freelance motion designer/animator to liaise with on an ongoing basis. This position could potentially lead to a part time or full time role with our organisation.

About us

Patch Creative is a creative design studio based in Brisbane. We pride ourselves on creating unique solutions for our clients who range from a variety of industries around the world. Our service base is centred around illustration, animation, design, graphic recording and creative consulting. We have a passion for providing the best level of service for our clients, working quickly whilst providing a high level of quality and unique creative output.

Our small team work closely together, both remotely and in our studio space. We create a sense of belonging and aim to enjoy our work as much as possible while celebrating our wins.

About the role

We're looking for a talented and energetic freelancer to work with us ongoing, when required. The work may be sporadic and at times very consistent. We need a person who is energetic in the work they do, cares about the outcomes and has creative vision. Applicants who are passionate about animation and willing to try new techniques and creative solutions to problems are who we'd like to have working with us.

The role will be paid as a day rate determined by Patch Creative and discussed during application process.

The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of the following software:

* Adobe CS: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
* Procreate and Callipeg
* Cinema 4D and VR/AR tech is an advantage
