Are you a motivated and passionate nurse inspired by professional development and nurturing of others? An exciting career opportunity as a Student Facilitator awaits your application at the Victorian Rehabilitation Hospitals.

You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of education and training to students that address the strategic direction of the hospital.

As the Student Facilitator your responsibilities will include:

* Work in partnership with the Staff Development Coordinator and Clinical Nurse Educators to facilitate student professional experience placements
* Deliver education and support to students across the facility and provide student orientation for each placement
* Maintain an ongoing communication of student/staff expectation and provide learning that meets the needs of students
* Facilitate the opportunity for students to study and learn through observation, participation, reflection, skill development, tutorials and seminars.

The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre is a large private rehabilitation facility. The hospital offers an extensive range of inpatient and outpatient services. Our specialties include orthopaedics, stroke, cardiac, restorative, respiratory, pain management, multi trauma

Essential Criteria:

* Current certificate in workplace assessment and training
* Nursing qualification
* Ability to present learning packages and assess learning outcomes
* Credible and current in professional nursing experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal
* Demonstrated experience in eLearning platform
* High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
