The teaching position Temporary Part time (0.8) Commencing as soon as possible We are seeking applications from an experienced Diversity Teacher, to be based at Loyola Campus. The Diversity Teacher works in collaboration with the Leader of Diversity and teachers at the College in a variety of modes to share their knowledge, understanding and expertise. Selection criteria: Dynamic and exemplary classroom practitioner who enables students with a diverse range of needs to achieve their full potential. Model collaborative and inclusive teaching practices in order to build the capacity of teachers to meet the needs of individual students. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to create, implement and review personalised plans for students with a disability. Ability to case manage a group of students included in the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with a Disability (NCCD). Assist with the delivery of professional learning opportunities for all staff. Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative. Postgraduate qualifications in inclusive education, or similar preferable. Support of the mission, teachings and ethos of the Catholic Churchs work in schools.
