Ezy Tutoring is a specialist 1-on-1 home tutoring company. We provide tutors with high level professional and administrative support. With an increasing number of clients turning to us, seeking help, we need more great tutors. Traditionally we have focused on maths but are getting more and more requests for English Tutors.

Requirements for English Tutors:

• A passion for making a difference in student's lives and an encouraging approach.
• Reliability - we need tutors who will be committed to their students and be there for them because they are relying on you.
• Reliable transport - you need to have a vehicle to get to tutoring sessions.
• Be personable and easy to get along with.
• Availability to work at least four hours per week
• A strong command of the English language.
• Some tutoring/coaching experience would be fantastic!

Responsibilities of English Tutors:

• Schedule lessons directly with parents/students
• Discuss progress with parents/students
• Formulate a plan and strategy for students based on their needs
• Seek help from us if and when you need it

Ideal Previous Experience or Similar Positions

Anything to do with being a student mentor or counsellor, teacher, educator, sports instructor, coach, academic adviser. In general, any work or experience with kids and teenagers - especially in an instructional or advisory capacity will earn you bonus brownie points!

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
