Evaluation Analyst

Duration: Temporary full-time appointment for a period up to 30 December 2021 with the possibility of extension.

The Evaluation Analyst implements and drives qualitative and quantitative evaluation activities to both inform ongoing professional learning design and establishes a deeper evidence base to inform future educational policy across a key department executive priority for the NSW Department of Education.

Your role will be vital in supporting the business unit in delivering and achieving its executive priority commitments. You will be highly collaborative, self-motivated and will thrive working as part of a high-performing and driven team in representing the organisation in an honest, ethical and professional way.

You will have working knowledge of qualitative research methods, evaluation theory, practices and use and the ability to gather and analyse available data/information and draw logical conclusions.
