Mackay Christian College, situated in Tropical North Queensland, is a dynamic, leading school which is looking for a vibrant innovative educator to join our team in 2021. Applications are currently invited from suitably qualified educators, commencing February 2021.

• Middle School HPE and HEC teacher with Maths experience an advantage *
• Yearly Salary $55,000 - 75,000 per year.

• Position Requirements: Skills and Experience *

Appropriate Tertiary qualification in Education

• Registration as a qualified educator (QCT)
• Experience/Ability in teaching from a Christian World View
• Able to develop a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• Adept in the utilisation of technology to enhance learning.
• Ability to teach/Experience PDHPE at middle and high school levels
• Ability to teach/Experience in Home Economics (food and textiles) at middle and high school levels
• Ability to teach/Experience Pre-vocational maths an advantage
• All staff are required to sign a lifestyle agreement as a part of their employment contract.

• Persons who reside in Australia and have permission or a right to be granted permission, under Commonwealth law, to remain in Australia indefinitely.
