Applications are invited from suitably qualified Counsellor/Psychologists for this temporary part-time position, 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) for 2021.

Key Selection Criteria:

• A commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition.
• Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Social work or Psychology.
• Current membership of an appropriate professional association (eg AASW, APS, PACFA or CAPA).
• Experience working with secondary students (ages 12-18) and particularly with girls is desirable.
• An understanding of the current issues affecting adolescent girls.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• An understanding of current child protection legislation.

The successful applicant will be required to hold and maintain a valid Working With Children Check from the Office of the Children's Guardian.
