Are you an experienced teacher looking for a part time role?

We’re seeking a positive outgoing teacher to join our dedicated Prep to HSC tutoring team. You will also be a wonderful, organised coordinator who can help run the day-to-day operations at our Centre.

About the opportunity

Our new Location Coordinator will:

• Tutor K-12 students throughout the week (Monday-Friday 3-7pm)
• Run assessments for new students to establish their areas of need
• Help plan and refine tutoring programmes for students
• Manage the day-to-day tasks during tutoring hours including:
• - Directing tutors and students to their allocated groups
• - Answering any queries parents and students may have
• - Liaising with the admin team when necessary
• - Opening and closing the location

• Supervise tutors and assist if issues arise (including the reporting of concerns regarding a student’s welfare)
• Orientate new tutors to the location

Our Ideal Candidate

• Is a Leader who is willing to take control to help supervise our team

• Is a qualified teacher with at least 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor of Education
• Holds a teachers’ (full or provisional) registration or a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Has fantastic communication skills

• And is a happy and fun teacher!

We are team of around 10 experienced tutors who love teaching students from primary to high school in small groups of 3-4 students. Our goal: provide students with fundamental skills and confidence so that they form a love of learning and can succeed both within school and beyond.
