Work Days of the RoleMonday, Tuesday and Thursday

Hours of Work of the Role2 to 3 hours per day

DescriptionWe are looking to employ a casual Mandarin speaking educators to support our children and families during term 1 to settle into their new learning environment. The educator would work with the 4/5 year old children to assist Mandarin only speaking children to join in play and understand routines. They would translate the mandarin speaking child's ideas and thoughts to non mandarin speaking children and staff and increase English skills. The Educator would liaise with Mandarin speaking families to detail their child's daily activities, achievements and interactions with other children and staff.

QualificationsDiploma of Education and care. May suit new teacher graduate looking for experience in the field, noting the position is paid at a diploma rate and is only a casual position for term 1.
