YOUR COMMITMENT

As the Coordinator, you will take ownership of your own service. While we provide the frameworks and support, we encourage our leaders to design, build and deliver a service that represents their team and the children attending, offering a truly unique opportunity within OSHC;

• Mentor and develop a team of Educators;
• Design and deliver value-driven programs;
• Ensuring NQF compliance of your service;
• Develop an outstanding relationship with the school and community links;
• Utilise the interests and passions of children & staff in your service for creative programs;
• Planning & resourcing healthy eating menus.
• Attend both Before & After School Care shifts and School Holiday programs.

To be successful, candidates are required to have a background within the OSHC sector and an understanding of the associated frameworks, in addition to the ability to demonstrate previous leadership experience.

Relevant qualifications (or enrollment) and employment checks such as Blue Card and national police checks will be required.
