An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced RTO Support Officer to join the Education and Training team in Caloundra.

The Position

Providing assistance to Training Program Managers, this position will help design and deliver a variety of RTO projects to support the achievement of the Education & Training business objectives & ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with leaders & supervisors to design & develop innovative, practical project-based solutions.
• Continuously improve process documentation strategies for RTO activities ensuring compliance, legislation & contractual requirements
• Monitor & report on project performance, issues & impacts on the achievement of project delivery goals
• Deliver high-quality project support, whilst establishing & maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Certificate IV Training & Assessment TAE40116 OR Diploma in Adult Education or higher
• Recent experience contributing to e-learning solutions
• Demonstrated skills in the development of assessment strategies, tools & resources in an operational or compliance role in an RTO
• Demonstrated project management, time management, ICT, administrative & organisational skills to complete project-specific deliverables
• Proven interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing & communication skills to build relationships and network with stakeholders
