Job Description:
The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.

Special Conditions:
This is a term appointment until 28/01/2022, located at Elizabeth Campus sites. Maybe required to work from other TAFE sites as required. Some out of hour work may be required and a flexible approach to the taking of leave is essential. Active participation in TAFE SA Performance Management and Development (PMD) Program.

Applicants must hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (40116) and relevant trade qualifications in Plumbing. Working knowledge and experience in roof plumbing and gas fitting is an advantage.

The successful applicant is required to have or gain a Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) South Australia, prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years. A current DHS Child-Related Employment Screen Check will be recognised as a WWCC until expiry.
