Location: Roxby Downs 

To start: ASAP - Full time (38 hours per week)

Salary: Up to $110,000 per year

As Centre Director, you will run this Early Childhood Childrens Centre and the day to day operations including staff management of 25 staff. The centre is licensed for 108 children and has approximately 70 per day. The centre is open from 6am - 6:30pm Monday - Friday. 

Your responsibilities:

• Maximise efficiency and performance of service
• develop and coach team to deliver high quality education and care
• retain and attract families by managing enrolment enquiries, centre tours and orientations
• relationship management of families, local partners and stakeholders
• apply strong business and financial discipline to meet targets along with assessment and ratings results
