The Centre:
This privately owned Long Day Care is located near Hampton Park only a short bus ride from the next train station and offers free onsite parking. The service welcomes up to 150 children aged 0-6 year old from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30pm. The service offers high-quality education and works closely together with parents and the community. Providing a nurturing and welcoming environment for the little ones is a key priority.

The Role:
As a permanent full-time Co-Director you would be working off-the floor mentoring and supporting a team of educators who go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. As the Co-Director you will be responsible for the daily operation of the service. The service is renown in the community and liaises closely with parents and families to ensure a high-quality care. Be supported by a passionate owner but enjoy the autonomy to bring your own ideas into the service!

What do you need:
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education + NESA accreditation
Full Working rights and WWCC
Proven experience as a Director
