IHNA is now seeking an experienced person to join our team in Rosanna as National Training Manager.

The National Training Manager will provide academic leadership and coordinates the development and implementation of courses of study at IHNA.

Main Responsibilities include:
Oversight and implementation of curriculum development processes and policies
Initiate and oversee the development, accreditation and implementation of new course curricula
Oversee and manage the overall quality of the education and the consistency of course delivered across all IHNA campuses
Manage online delivery of the program across online students, blended students and on-campuses students
Identify and report risks relating to teaching, learning and curriculum design
Identify potential improvements to online teaching and learning infrastructure, resources and practices
Facilitation of communication between academic staff and senior operational managers
Ensure that high standards of teaching and learning are maintained
Identify potential improvements to teaching and learning infrastructure, resources and practices

Skills and experience

Bachelors/Master degree in nursing;
Current AHPRA Nursing Registration;
Prior experience in managing the nursing program(s)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher qualification in adult education;
Clinical experience in nursing;
Teaching and Learning experience in the education sector
Familiarity with technologies used to support and enhance teaching and learning.
