About The Team

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Associate Director, Change and Culture , you will support the establishment and implementation of the University change management methodology and work collaboratively with University senior leaders in delivering change adoption across multiple projects to drive strategy implementation.

Operating under the broad direction of the Director of Human Resources, you will drive and influence a complex change management program, transforming how all services are designed and delivered. You will collaborate with functional leads to drive change adoption, mitigate risks and derive the stated business objectives and values.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have achieved a relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency in Change Management, extensive experience in the delivery of change management programs, preferably developed in a big 4 or external consulting environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and you will be known for your ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. From your experience you will have developed outstanding planning and organisational skills, in managing and executing multiple concurrent work streams of change, with an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure completion.

You will be able to demonstrate an ability to understand and articulate complex business processes and build practical change and communications plans based on upon the needs of the University. Your change management expertise will cover stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, business readiness, benefits realisation and the development of associated change strategies and delivery plans.
