We're looking for a service leader who would thrive within meaningful, rewarding and permanent employment.

As the Coordinator, you will build meaningful relationships with children, the team, the school and broader community. Each day is different and each day is an adventure as you assist with board service management, supported by the Service Director, contributing to service excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Mentor and develop a team of Educators; Contribute to program design and delivery; Manage service compliance and industry standards; Utilise the interest and skills of your team for creative programming; Teamwork and critical thinking; Menu design and meal preparation; Step up to Service Director in times of absence; Grow service attendance.

Our Australian-based support teams are available to guide staff and support service operations, this ensures service success, respected staff and happy children.

While we provide the frameworks and support, we encourage our staff to design, build and deliver a service that uniquely represents their team and the children attending.
