JOB DESCRIPTION
PRONIA is an ethno-specific community services agency servicing the needs of the Australian Greek community, operating under a dual model of advocacy and service development and delivery.
PRONIA is seeking suitable Children’s Services Educators to fill the vacant positions available at the Alpha Children’s Centre. Reporting to the Manager, you will work in accordance with Children’s Centre policies and procedures; ensure a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children. Any additional tasks will be in line with the overall position relating to the Alpha Children’s Centre.
The successful applicant will have, relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in Early Childhood development and care. Understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity and issues affecting the CALD community. The applicant must have excellent written and oral skills, excellent time management and proficiency in computer use. Proficient in speaking English and preferably a second language would be highly recommended.
Remuneration according to qualifications & experience under the Children’s Services Award 2010. Salary packaging available.
