• Cert III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery
• Food handling certificate
• Food supervising certificate (desirable)
• Experience with cooking and serving multiple meals & snacks
• Exceptional knowledge of safety & wellbeing and a solid understanding of special dietary requirements and allergies
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and national Quality Standard
• Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
• Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
