ANU Advancement leads the development, management and coordination of advancement activities at ANU, in support of the University's objectives of deepening relationships with alumni and securing long-term philanthropic income. ANU Advancement is seeking a highly skilled and relationship-focused Executive Assistant to support the Vice-President (Advancement). To succeed in this position you should be organised, able to provide high-quality support and manage competing priorities, building relationships and networks across the University, and undertaking projects that grow the expertise of the office and portfolio.
The Executive Assistant, working closely with the Executive Officer, will lead on managing the diary, inbox and commitments of the Vice-President (Advancement), including providing HR, financial, and administrative support, ensuring papers and briefs are tasked and received in a timely fashion, and deadlines are met.
