The Role

As the Learning System & Process Team Leader you will lead the maintenance and development of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will also oversee the contractor mobilisation process and manage our employee competency data relating to inductions, core safety, technical and compliance training. This is a great opportunity to utilise your learning systems and process improvement expertise with your leadership skills to make a real difference.

Your Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include
  • Lead and drive the continuing maintenance and development of the LMS and facilitate effective use of the system
  • Oversee testing, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of new online learning programs
  • Oversee the contractor mobilization process, managing risk and adherence to competency requirements
  • Lead and guide the Learning Services Team, ensuring competency records are promptly and accurately recorded and accessible
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in relation to learning and competency management systems and processes
  • Oversee training and competence coordination activities in relation to vendors, delivery, recording and reporting
  • Provide expertise and advice across the business in relation to training and competence processes and requirements
  • Contribute to a safe workplace by maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.


Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?
  • Proven success in a similar role with demonstrated experience of Learning Management Systems implementation and management
  • Previous experience working as a Senior learning professional in an operational organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications or similar in relevant discipline such as Business, Human Resource Management, Safety, Technology or Training
  • Ability to motivate and influence a team and build positive working relationships across the business
  • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
