About the role
The Office of Engagement, encompassing Advancement, Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Alumni and Future Students, has carriage of a range of external relations and activities that support the realisation of the University’s Strategic Goals. Within this successful work unit, the Sponsorships and Outreach Officers will work as part of the Sponsorships and Outreach team to implementing initiatives that engage the prospective student and sponsor audiences through promoting and organising the delivery of key brand, marketing and engagement projects, activities and events.
The appointees will work closely with the wider engagement unit to deliver effective event activations, outreach, engagement and sponsorship return on investment.
The successful applicants can selection from one of the three campus locations, Gold Coast, Lismore of Coffs Harbour. Generous relocation support is available for the successful candidate relocating to one of our campus regions.

The remuneration package available is up to $94,351 per annum (inclusive of base salary $72,472-$80,642 per annum and 17% employer's contribution to superannuation).

In addition to your background in marketing, engagement, partnership management and events, you will have an energetic and positive attitude.
With excellent organisational skills, you will bring your infectious enthusiasm to the initiatives that you lead and/or support. You will have excellent communication skills, with demonstrated success engaging your audience and building strong, long-term relationships with partners and sponsors. With a flexible approach to each day, you will be able to work independently and also actively contribute to the activities of the Sponsorships and Outreach team and the broader Office of Engagement function.
