INSPIRE Early Learning Journey is a premium quality, early childhood education campus for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years of age. We are offering both Baby, Toddler to Cycle 1 Montessori program and provide the best teaching quality and programs for our children.

We are expanding very rapidly, and we are looking to recruit qualified and experienced educators in Baby Room. Our campus are located in Preston/Springvale/Heidelberg/Chadstone.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the existing team as an assistant childhood educator in offering an amazing education and care for children aged 6 months to 18 months old.

As part of the role of an assistant educator, 

• You will have current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training;
• You will hold an Australian recognised Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with two years of experience as an educator in Early Years settings;
• You will be expected to communicate effectively with parents on a daily basis face to face (when COVID-19 restriction subsides) and via our software applications.
• You will have Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
