Gingerbread Kindergarten is excited to announce that we are looking for dedicated, and innovative Educators to join our beautiful home-like centre in the Eastern Suburbs. We are looking for an experienced Diploma or Cert 3 trained educator, to work with us!

The successful applicants will be very well supported by an experienced full-time, supportive director and a management team who are committed to creating a positive work place, and an open and honest environment. Gingerbread recognises that our people are the most important part of running a quality centre, with an added bonus of having an educational mentor who will be there to guide and support you in best quality practices.

The centre has been designed to create a warm and homely feel and environment that both children and staff will enjoy.

The successful applicants need to have a good understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the right applicants will have the ability to build strong relationships with the families at the Centre, the children which we care for, and with their co-workers.
