Let me tell you a story about your days as a "Practitioner" (Room Leader) at Eco Early Learning and Bush Kinder - Thornlie Campus (Murdock Early Education Schools Pty Ltd)

A dedicated support mentor for you to work with that has undergone specific training on 'The Eco Way' and has completed the minimum of a Diploma and has 3 years experience as a high-end leader. They will mentor you on our unique service and philosophy. 

Pay on the Children's Services Award as a Level 4.3
Weekly 1 on 1 coaching with our Pedagogy & Education Manager to support your career journey.
Training on the practice of Nature Pedagogy
Career advancement as we open more centres North and South of the river.
Onsite we have 2 trainers who hold a Cert IV in Training & Assessment and have trained Cert 3 and Diploma In Children's Services for RTO's who are there to support you in your career.

All new centre resources and freshly landscaped new back yards that promote outdoor engagement.

Essential Qualifications and skills:
· Diploma In Children's Services 4.3
· Strong Communication Skills
· Current Working with Children Check
· Proficiency in the English Language
· Strong Computer/IPad skills
· Enthusiasm and commitment to the early childhood profession

What we would ideally see in applicants but happy to develop your skills to meet these areas

Demonstrated deep knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices, with a demonstrated ability to implement these practices to an exceeding standard

Demonstrated highly effective leadership, collaboration, communication, organisation and time management skills

Demonstrated capacity to build, develop and maintain effective teams and develop cooperative and constructive working relationships that promote quality teaching and learning practices

Ability to successfully initiate, plan, implement, review and renew programs in response to new educational needs and priorities.

Remuneration
