About the role

You will provide high quality administrative support to the Platforms including monitoring of Platform projects, organising conference attendance and development of business processes and assist when required in delivering networking, events, communication and planning outcomes.

You will;

Provide high-level administrative support such as the planning and coordination of activities and workshops, preparation of high quality documentation, reports, sourcing information, drafting business cases, proof-reading including diary management.
Support the Platform Advisory Board and ECP meetings including the preparation and distribution of reports/agendas/minutes/papers, minute taking as well as follow up actions from meeting outcomes.
Develop and maintain business processes relating to the role and continually assess activities to suggest and develop improved and efficient processes.
Work closely with the team ensuring that information is shared in a timely and efficient way.

About you

You will have;

Demonstrated experience in the provision of a range of high-level administrative and secretarial support in both office and committee environments.
Excellent planning, organising and problem solving skills.
Confidentiality, versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm and a high level of self-motivation and initiative, both independently and as a member of a team
High level competent computer skills with the knowledge, experience and advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office software as well as a capability in desktop and web publishing and internet searches

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
