We are currently seeking an Online Mentor for our Growth Marketing students. Our mentors are an integral part of our success, and a champion of our student’s journeys. They embrace and lead change, and are future-focused, technologically advanced, and service-driven. They develop and nurture relationships within the global digital marketing industry to encourage the best possible talent to be affiliated with our course.
As this is an online role, you can be based on anywhere in Australia and would be required to be available for 9 – 12 hrs weekly Mon-Fri, including student communication between 6pm – 9pm AEST.

Our ideal candidate:

• Would have a sound hands-on understanding of the fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Front-end Development, Customer Success Management and at least 5 years industry experience
• Ideal certifications: Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Google Analytics IQ and Google Ads Search Certification
• Previous experience in education is preferred, however not essential
• Previous experience in delivery of content is preferred, however not essential
• Coaching and mentoring experience is preferred, however not essential
• A solid understanding of key industry trends, news, latest innovation and data
• An understanding of how people learn, personality types and how to challenge and inspire different types of students / people
