INSPIRE Early Learning Journey is a premium quality, early childhood education centre for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years of age. Our first campus in central Preston (Melbourne) opened in May 2018 and it has been a great success. We are now expanding to Adelaide and we are seeking high quality educators to join our team. We are offering Montessori learning approach and provide the best teaching quality and programs for our children.

Job Description

• Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children, documenting and extending on children's learning.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and colleagues and the broader community.
• Leading the development, documentation and implementation of education programs that reflects sound knowledge and understanding of approved learning frameworks that is stimulating, engaging and enhances children’s learning and development.

• An ACECQA recognised Montessori Diploma
• Excellent knowledge the National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning and Development (VELYLD).
• Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Significant experience in developing and undertaking programme planning.
• Relevant experience in a long day care setting.
• A thorough knowledge of children’s development and ability to observe, plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate children’s programs.
• Demonstrated ability to co-operatively contribute to and support a team environment and to work flexibly, both within rooms and according to the needs of the Centre.
