AusHealth has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to manage and lead our Registered Training Organisation.

Working closely with the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Ensure that compliance standards for RTOs, VET Quality Framework and ASQA registration requirements are being met
• Enhance the RTO and its scope by undertaking course development, through the writing of course content, training materials, quality management policies and procedures and delivery via technology, online and face to face learning
• Utilise, upskill and develop effectively the training resources, including systems, technology, training coordinator and workplace trainers
• Develop, conduct and review AusHealth Work’s training and education sessions including client customised presentations.
• Develop and manage induction programs for new trainers.
  

Ideally, you will be an accomplished and experienced (recent) RTO Manager possessing and demonstrating the following:

• Demonstrated experience in managing an RTO
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
• Well-developed analytical and judgment skills for solving complex problems
• Consultative manner and solutions-focussed attitude
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Technology and systems savvy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with Vasto and Articulate would be an advantage
  

Remuneration will be commensurate with knowledge and experience.
